Deleting your account

How to do it

Open the app, go to the You page, and choose “Delete account” at the bottom. It tells you what will go before you agree to anything.

You have a window to change your mind: sign in again inside it and the deletion is called off. After that it happens on its own and cannot be undone.

What goes, and what stays

Deleted: your account, your phone number, your email address, your Google sign-in, and the payout link your friends transfer to.

A tab nobody else was on goes entirely, its photos included.

A tab other people were on stays, and your seat stays on it with your name, because their totals have to keep adding up. Nobody can reach you through it, and anything still outstanding between you stays exactly as it was.

If you cannot get into the app

Write to us and say which number or address the account is on, and we will delete it for you.
